"This case is not about robbery," Pfeifer wrote. "It is about alcoholism, rage and rejection and about Nields' inability to cope with any of them."
this asshole never uses the word murder-- and the rejection part could be seen to indicate the victim is responsible if she ad not rejected the MURDERER
I think the judge should think about resigning
